Oolong Tea

Oolong tea is a Chinese tea that has been enjoyed for centuries in China. Oolong tea is also called Wu Long in Mandarin, made from the leaves of Camellia sinensis large, also known as the tea plant. Oolong tea is made from the leaves of plants grown under more tea. the plant itself has been protected from the photosynthetic stressors by forming chemical compounds known as Polyphenols. Polyphenols, including flavonoids, which have the same class compounds, antioxidants that are good for health.

Oolong tea is partially-fermented tea, beween green tea (unfermented) and black tea (fermented), so difference in the green tea and Oolong tea is processed. All tea is green when picked. Green tea is heated to halt the enzymatic reaction (oxidation) from the leaves. Once dry, leaf green tea and then rolled intentionally violate the structure of cells. Oolong tea leaves are plucked, kept under controlled conditions carefully and allowed to oxidize. This leaves deliberately not broken, so that most of the cell structure intact. This process makes the difference between each category tea beneficially different even though they come from the same plant.
