4. Change your food of unhealthy material into a more healthy materials e.g. high-fat meat that you replace with fresh meat is low fat, or you replace the meat with mushrooms, or knows, maybe the first time it felt strange, but if you know cultivate a good healthy food recipe  then your food will taste good .
5. Expand drinking water, and make it a habit to drink water as much as 6-8 cups per day, and if you are in weight loss programs, you can drink one or two glasses of water before eating  food as this will help you limit the amount of food that will consumed.
6. Avoid drinking alcohol. Besides it isn’t nutritious, high in calories, alcohols contribute to increase the amount of fat in the body. And if you usually drink milk full cream then replace your milk with low-fat milk (skim milk).

Making healthy eating recipe is not something difficult, you only dare to try to start, and after you make changes to your recipe healthy food, then this will stimulate you to make healthy eating recipe that is more imaginative, more delicious, and healthier, and you will enjoy the results which your body will feel more healthy, strong and fresh.
