Essential fatty acid divided from the two types of omega-6 EFAs and omega-3 EFAS. Fatty acids, EPA and DHA, are also helpful in preventing atherosclerosis, heart attack, depression and various forms of cancer. Fish oil supplements food have also proven useful in treating the disease such as rheumatoid arthritis, diabetes, Raynaud’s disease and ulcerative colitis.
