Chinese tea consists of tea leaves that have been processed using methods inherited from China. Chinese Teas have long and well known as an important role in the treatment body ailments.

Chinese medicine has been done with trying to maintain a balance in both body and mind of people. The use of herbs and other given by the elements of nature that was understood to play a role in maintaining the balance and also help to restore the balance indicate that something has an impact.

There are many kinds of tea in Chinese which comes about only as part of medical care for emotional and physical ailments, such as Chinese teas to help digestion, Chinese teas to calm the nerves of people going through life changes, the Chinese tea to help with menopause, period, men’s complaints, even headaches and the common cold.

Chinese teas have many variations, usually classified by procedure, quality, and methods of preparation and so forth, and if we will consider tea in terms of quality, there are actually eight Chinese tea classes.

Green tea
Green tea is the most natural type of Chinese tea. Usually selected naturally dried and fried briefly to remove the smell of grass. Chinese green tea skipped the fermentation process. Chinese green tea has the most medicinal value and the least caffeine content of all Chinese tea classes.

Oolong Tea
Oolong leaves are basically weak and spread before undergoing a brief fermentation process. Then, it was fried, rolled and roasted. This  Chinese oolong tea is halfway between green tea and black tea in the sense that the half-fermented. China also called Qing Cha and leaves in the middle of the typical green and red on the edges as a result of the process to soften leaves

Black tea
Chinese black tea producing full bodied amber when brewed. In addition, the type of Chinese tea undergoes withering, then left to ferment for a while, and then roasted. This leaves many to be completely oxidized after processing.

Red tea
Red tea has red leaves and red tea. This color is highlighted during the fermentation process. It also considered that red tea is low aroma and medium flavor and is now divided into three subclasses: Kung Fu Red Tea, Ted Tea Bits, and Small Species Red Tea.

White tea
Types of Chinese tea is sometimes considered as subclass green tea. Perhaps the fact that only to wither and then roasted. Just like green tea, white tea escape the fermentation process. And, it has low caffeine content.

Yellow Tea
Yellow tea has yellow leaves and yellow tea color. this type of Chinese tea is rare Chinese teas classes. The flavor of yellow tea is usually mild and fresh.

Flower tea
Flower tea  is a unique type of Chinese teas. It actually subdivides into Flower Tea and Scented Tea. Flower Tea is based on the simple concept that dried flowers are used, without much processing, to make tea. The Scented Tea, on the other hand, uses green tea and red tea as base and mix with the scent of flowers. Generally, this class has a light to medium taste and aroma to a strong media.

Compressed tea
Compressed tea  uses black tea as base tea. It is steamed and compressed into bricks, cakes, columns, and other forms. In addition, compressed tea has all the characteristics of black tea. This Chinese teas Can be stored for many years and decades.
